Guanghai Fei (费广海) is currently an associate professor of biomedical engineering at Southeast University in China. He earned his PhD in bioscience engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium in 2022 and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral fellow in biomedical engineering at KU Leuven from 2022 to 2023. His research interests focus on light-based 3D printing technologies, soft robotics, tissue engineering, and interventional medical engineering.
报告摘要:梯度生物材料在生物医学领域展现出广阔的应用前景,如组织工程、介入/植入支架及软体机器人等。然而,传统制造技术在构建多功能梯度生物材料方面仍存在明显局限。在此,我们提出并验证了一种基于单一复合浆料并结合电场辅助立体光固化3D打印的策略,可实现材料性能的灵活调控及高分辨率三维梯度结构的精确构建。相较于纯树脂或填料均匀分散的树脂基复合材料,所制备的梯度生物材料能够更真实地模拟天然生物结构,有效复现组织的梯度特征。该电场辅助立体光刻技术及其构建的梯度生物材料体系,为满足患者个体化需求、推动生物医学工程的发展提供了一种富有潜力的解决方案。
